Amendments revise recitals and provisions following the Court of Justice judgment in case C-310/04, on coupled aid per hectare, base cultivation areas and aid amounts for Member States including Bulgaria, Greece, Spain and Portugal, decoupling and the single payment scheme, the ginning industry, and national support programmes.
