Summary
Legislative proposal on specific measures for agriculture in the smaller Aegean islands. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on a support programme to mitigate the islands' remoteness, insularity and small size, ensuring supply of agricultural products, supporting local production, processing, marketing and transport of raw and processed products, linking subsidies to production, and authorising operating aid as a derogation from the Commission's State-aid policy.
