EP Rules of Procedure: referral of proposals for legally binding acts to committees and procedure for solving conflicts of competence
An amendment of Parliament's Rules of Procedure on referral of proposals for legally binding acts to committees and the procedure for resolving conflicts of competence. Amendments address announcement of the referral after receipt of the proposal in all official languages, submission of competence questions, and a recommendation by the Conference of Committee Chairs within set deadlines.
