EP Rules of Procedure, Rule 90: international agreements

Report amending Rule 90 of Parliament's Rules of Procedure on international agreements. The amendments address Parliament's ability to make recommendations at any stage of negotiations on the basis of a committee report, the submission of the draft Council decision concluding the agreement for Parliament's opinion or consent, and the option to seek an opinion from the Court of Justice before the vote.
