Amendment of Rule 121 of the European Parliament's Rules of Procedure on proceedings before the Court of Justice. The amendments concern the President submitting observations or intervening on behalf of Parliament in cases before the Community courts after consulting the committee responsible, and the procedure to follow, including informing the Conference of Presidents, where the President intends to depart from that committee's opinion or recommendation.
