Summary
This dossier reviews the implementation of CAP young farmers' tools after the 2013 reform. The amendments call for supporting a new generation of young farmers and new entrants, improving and simplifying CAP instruments, generational renewal in rural areas, access to land, machinery and finance, environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices, and reference greening measures, the Young Farmer Scheme, and unfair trading practices in the food supply chain.
