Summary

The dossier concerns the multiannual financial framework for the years 2021 to 2027. The amendments address a EUR 50 billion financing package of grants and loans for Ukraine anchored in the EU budget, reinforcements for neighbourhood, migration and the European Defence Fund, the EURI instrument for NGEU borrowing costs, cuts to Horizon Europe, EU4Health, cohesion and agriculture, and instruments such as the EGF and Brexit Adjustment Reserve.
