Summary

This dossier concerns amending budget 1/2022, adjusting the multiannual financial framework for 2021 to 2027. The amendments address transferring 25% of allocations not used in 2021 to 2022 for seven funds under shared management (ERDF, CF, ESF+, EMFAF, JTF, AMIF and IBMF) and concern over delays in implementing Union programmes and funds, urging Member States and the Commission to accelerate implementation to support the Union's recovery.
