European Maritime Safety Agency
A regulation on the European Maritime Safety Agency. The amendments address the Agency's cooperation with Union institutions to avoid duplication, prevention of conflicts of interest, its budget and fees and charges, gender balance and appointment of the Management Board, Executive Director and an independent expert, training and capacity building, and sustainability and decarbonisation.
