Summary
This dossier concerns the marketing and use of explosives precursors. Amendments revise provisions on rules to prevent the illicit manufacture of explosives, limit values and concentration thresholds for restricted precursors, distinctions between members of the general public, professional users and farmers, licensing, obligations of economic operators and online marketplaces, staff training, customer verification, data retention, and the reporting of suspicious transactions.
