Summary
A recast regulation on the export and import of hazardous chemicals. The amendments, including several deletions, address coordination by national agencies in the Member States, customs authorities controlling imports and exports, notification and explicit consent procedures for chemicals listed in Annex I, the role of the European Chemicals Agency, information exchange with third countries and the Convention Secretariat, delegated acts, and deferred application.
