EU/Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Agreement: certain procedures for applying the agreement

A legislative dossier on certain procedures for applying the EU/Kosovo Stabilisation and Association Agreement. The amendments confer implementing powers on the Commission, regulate the management of tariff quotas for agricultural and fishery products imported at reduced customs duty, ensure legal certainty and equal treatment in levying duties, and add conditions tying tariff reductions and entry into force to the settlement of the status of Kosovo.
