This dossier concerns exceptional trade measures for countries and territories in or linked to the EU's Stabilisation and Association process. The amendments reference duty-free access to the Union market, Stabilisation and Association Agreements with the beneficiary parties (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia), tariff quotas and the Combined Nomenclature, conditioning preferences on economic reforms and regional cooperation, and an interim assessment for the European Parliament.
