Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): DALTON Daniel (ECR)
Summary
The dossier concerns non-tariff barriers in the single market. The amendments seek to define and remove non-tariff barriers to the free movement of goods and services, address regulated professions and labour mobility, cross-border expansion by SMEs, the digital single market, public procurement, the VAT regime and anti-competitive tax deals, and the resulting reduced consumer choice and higher prices.
