Amending certain Directives as regards the establishment of the Single Market emergency instrument
A legislative dossier amending certain directives to establish the Single Market emergency instrument. The amendments address authorisation procedures for crisis-relevant products bypassing conformity assessment, consultation of social partners, trade unions and consumer organisations, enhanced market surveillance, traceability and free movement, presumption of conformity based on national standards, and noise-emission declarations; several provisions, including mandatory common specifications, are deleted.
