List of third States and organisations with which Europol shall conclude agreements

This dossier concerns the list of third States and organisations with which Europol shall conclude agreements. The amendments require robust safeguards for privacy and fundamental rights and data-protection standards equivalent to the EU's when exchanging personal data, call to refrain from operational agreements where data protection is inadequate, to review the existing list, and for Europol to publish on its website the organisations with which it has concluded agreements.
