Summary
This dossier concerns technical implementation of the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Amendments address rules for the second commitment period, eligibility for the flexible mechanisms, the previous period surplus reserve, the surplus of units (AAUs, CERs and ERUs), joint fulfilment of commitments of the Union, its Member States and Iceland, alignment with the EU ETS, and delegated acts.
