Summary
A legislative proposal on the management of expenditure relating to the food chain, animal health, animal welfare, plant health and plant reproductive material for 2014-2020. The amendments address grants and compensation to owners for animals slaughtered or culled and for destroyed products or plants within their market value, costs of culling, cleaning and disinfection, the approval and timing of national, survey and outermost-region programmes, and the general health-protection objective.
