Summary
This dossier concerns conditions for access to the market for making available and use of biocidal products. The amendments modify provisions on biocidal product families and variations in active substance composition, criteria for persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic substances, phase-out periods and treated articles, cooperation between Member States, the Agency and the Commission on enforcement, classification and labelling, fees, and letters of access to data after renewal of active-substance approval.
