Summary
A directive aligning certain health and safety at work Directives to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The amendments address minimum requirements for protecting workers' health and safety, exposure to hazardous substances and mixtures across sectors and in undertakings of all sizes, the Charter of Fundamental Rights, consultation of the social partners, guidance for SMEs, and protection of workers in hairdressing and cosmetics.
