Summary
The dossier is a proposed Regulation on trade arrangements applicable to certain goods resulting from the processing of agricultural products. The amendments link the Regulation to access to food as a human right and to development cooperation objectives under Article 208 TFEU, and would allow additional import duties or restrictions on products not meeting EU environmental, health, animal-welfare or social standards; they also address import licences for ovalbumin and lactalbumin.
