Summary
This dossier concerns mutual assistance for the recovery of claims relating to taxes, duties and other measures. The amendments address central liaison offices exchanging information relevant to recovering claims and to tax refunds, control systems and publicly accessible annual monitoring reports, the presence of applicant authority officials during administrative enquiries, remittance of recovered amounts to the applicant Member State, and a Commission comparative analysis of tax recovery instruments.
