Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the power of legislative delegation. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on Articles 290 and 291 TFEU, delegated and implementing acts, the choice of control mechanisms of objection and revocation, the period for objection by Parliament and the Council, early non-objection and urgency procedures, the regulatory procedure with scrutiny (RPS), the Lamfalussy procedure in financial services, an interinstitutional agreement, and the role of rapporteurs.
