Proposed recast directive on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters, adapting it to the regulatory procedure with scrutiny. The amendment revises a provision concerning the non-application of a point to mineral waters exploited and marketed within a Member State by reference to the transposition of Directive 80/777/EEC.
