Summary
A legislative dossier on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. The amendments harmonise classification taking account of the GHS criteria, address labelling of hazardous substances and mixtures, obligations of manufacturers, importers and downstream users, the role of the Agency and competent authorities, IUPAC nomenclature, weight-of-evidence and expert judgment, and limits on testing using non-human primates, humans and animals.
