Organisation of working time

The dossier is a proposed Directive on the organisation of working time. The amendments provide that on-call time, including its inactive part, be regarded as working time, that working time be the sum of periods worked under multiple contracts, and that workers receive compensatory rest; they set daily and weekly rest and maximum weekly working time, address derogations, collective agreements and Sunday rest, and reject the Council common position.
