Summary
This own-initiative report deals with atypical contracts, secured professional paths, flexicurity and new forms of social dialogue. The amendments revise recitals on the growth of non-standard and atypical employment and precarious work, the risk of false self-employment, rising in-work poverty and unemployment during the financial and economic crisis, the dimensions of flexicurity, and the role of social dialogue and the social partners.
