Summary

This is a legislative procedure on the Erasmus+ programme for 2028 to 2034, covering learning mobility, education, youth, volunteering and sport. The amendments raise grant amounts to reflect real living costs, add support for young people from remote, rural and disadvantaged regions, require common performance indicators and scrutiny of external assigned revenue, and add controls ensuring funds respect the values in Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union.
