Summary

This dossier concerns conservation and enforcement measures applicable in the Regulatory Area of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organisation (NAFO). The amendments provide that, unless otherwise specified, research vessels are not to be restricted by conservation and management measures on the taking of fish in the Regulatory Area, in particular as regards mesh size, size limits, and closed areas and seasons.
