Conservation of the Southern Bluefin Tuna: conservation and management measures
This dossier concerns conservation and management measures for the conservation of the Southern Bluefin Tuna. The amendments address transparency on beneficial ownership of vessels in regional fisheries management organisations, the fight against IUU fishing, delegated powers to incorporate CCSBT measures into Union law, definitions of catch monitoring, catch tagging and export forms and transhipment declarations under the Catch Documentation Scheme, and limiting Union targeting of Southern Bluefin Tuna to by-catch.
