Summary

This annual report concerns the Banking Union. The amendments reference the Single Supervisory Mechanism and Single Resolution Mechanism, the still-missing European Deposit Insurance Scheme and a backstop to the Single Resolution Fund, non-performing loans, anti-money-laundering, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and of the Russian aggression against Ukraine on the EU banking sector.
