Summary

This dossier is the annual report on competition policy for 2022. The amendments concern competition in the single market, consumer welfare and fair prices, coherence with sustainability and Green Deal goals, State aid removed during the COVID-19 crisis and Russia's war against Ukraine, enforcement of the Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act, geo-blocking, and consolidation in the telecommunications and internet service providers sector.
