Rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of the Member States and of the EU

This dossier sets rules for actions for damages under national law for infringements of EU and Member State competition law. The amendments revise provisions on full compensation for harm under Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty, disclosure of evidence and confidential information, leniency programmes, consensual dispute resolution, collective redress, protection of SMEs and consumers, and exclusion of punitive or multiple damages.
