AccessibleEU Centre in support of accessibility policies in the EU internal market
An own-initiative report on an AccessibleEU Centre in support of accessibility policies in the EU internal market. The amendments address the rights of persons with disabilities and the CRPD, the 'universal design' approach, accessibility to the physical environment, transport, information, communication and services, the European Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, assistive technologies, public procurement, employment, and uneven implementation of accessibility legislation across Member States.
