Codecision dossier on cross-border exchange between the Union and third countries of accessible-format copies of copyright-protected works for blind, visually impaired or otherwise print-disabled persons. Amendments reference the Marrakesh Treaty and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, define accessible formats including Braille, large print, e-books and audiobooks, set obligations for authorised entities, and address national databases, data protection and a later evaluation of the Regulation.
