Summary

A regulation on data collection and sharing relating to short-term accommodation rental services. The amendments cover harmonised rules on data generation and sharing between hosts, online short-term rental platforms and competent authorities, registration procedures and registration numbers, Single Digital Entry Points, transparency requirements, references to existing online-platform and data-protection rules, and compilation of statistics.
