Summary

Non-legislative report accompanying the EU-Thailand Partnership and Cooperation Agreement. The amendments mainly add references in the recitals, citing the Refugee Convention, ILO conventions, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, conventions on enforced disappearance, torture and the rights of the child, and the Rome Statute, and revise recitals on the Indo-Pacific region, the 2014 military coup and 2019 elections in Thailand, and the 2020-2021 protests.
