Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Mongolia, of the other part

This own-initiative report concerns the Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between the EU and its Member States and Mongolia. The amendments address Mongolia's democratic credentials and position between China and Russia, trade and development cooperation, ratification of the PCA, transforming the EU Liaison Office in Ulaanbaatar into an EU Delegation, freedom of media and expression, corruption, human trafficking, and an EU-Mongolia Human Rights Dialogue.
