Summary

Proposed regulation amending the EU Digital COVID Certificate framework for Union citizens. Amendments address proof of COVID-19 vaccination, test or recovery for free movement beyond the regulation's expiry, the certificate's international role, Member States' domestic use to access venues such as bars, restaurants, hotels and concert halls, rules for children and young adults, NAAT and rapid antigen tests, validity after booster doses, and proposals to reject the Commission proposal.
