Summary

This dossier amends Parliament's Rules of Procedure, including Rules 99, 197, 213, 214, 222, 223, 230, 235, Annex V and a new Rule 106a. The amendments address the election of committee bureaux consisting of a Chair and Vice-Chairs in separate ballots, remote voting procedures, the participation of Vice-Chairs in committee coordinators' meetings, and access to information and observer status for non-attached Members.
