An own-initiative report on the future of fisheries in the Channel, North Sea, Irish Sea and Atlantic Ocean in light of the UK's withdrawal from the EU. The amendments reference the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement, the Brexit Adjustment Reserve, the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030 and various fisheries partnership agreements and treaties, and stress sustainably managing marine biological resources and ecosystems on the basis of the best available science.
