This dossier amends certain Directives as regards the establishment and functioning of the European single access point (ESAP). The amendments address centralised public access to entities' financial, non-financial and sustainability information, the Capital Markets Union Action Plan, designation of collection bodies by Member States and notification to ESMA, submission of data in machine-readable formats with metadata and legal entity identifiers, entities' responsibility for the information, and protection of trade secrets.
