The dossier concerns conservation and management measures in the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Convention Area. Amendments revise recitals and provisions implementing the WCPFC's Conservation and Management Measures, define Union fishing vessels, set reporting of vessel sightings in the Eastern High Seas Pocket, prohibit discharging marine waste and plastics and abandoning fishing nets, address illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing and the IUU vessel list, and Regional Observer Programme observers.
