Protection of the EU’s financial interests - combatting fraud - annual report 2019
This own-initiative dossier is the annual report on the protection of the EU's financial interests and combatting fraud for 2019. The amendments address shared responsibility of Member States and the Commission, the numbers and value of fraudulent and non-fraudulent irregularities reported in 2019, the rule-of-law conditionality regulation, the VAT Gap and carousel/MTIC fraud, customs undervaluation fraud including textiles, shoes and solar panels, OLAF, and the Common Agricultural Policy.
