Own-initiative report on a European strategy for data. The amendments focus on digital skills, literacy and education, closing the EU's digital skills gap, data protection and privacy for vulnerable groups including pupils and people with disabilities, and creating a common European data space for the cultural and creative sectors to reuse digitised cultural heritage.
