Summary
A resolution towards a thriving data-driven economy. The amendments address Big Data and ICT market growth, the social and economic benefits and productivity gains of integrated data use, data protection and anonymisation, interoperability and standards, investment in infrastructure, broadband, cloud computing and R&D, a free flow of data initiative, open data, support for start-ups and SMEs, and skills, coding and lifelong learning.
