Summary

This own-initiative report assesses the implementation of Article 50 TEU. Amendments address the Member State's unilateral right to withdraw, the Withdrawal Agreement and Political Declaration on the future EU-UK relationship, the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland and the Good Friday Agreement, cooperation on foreign, security and defence policy, infringement proceedings against the UK, the role of the EU Delegation to the UK, and parliamentary scrutiny under Article 218(10) TFEU.
