Summary

This implementation report concerns the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the EU. Amendments address full implementation of the Withdrawal Agreement, the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland and the Good Friday Agreement, EU citizens' rights under the EU Settlement Scheme (settled and pre-settled status, digital-only proof), and EU-UK cooperation on foreign policy, security and defence in the context of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and NATO.
