Summary
This own-initiative dossier assesses how the EU budget is used for public sector reform. Amendments address coordination of public-administration competences across Commission services and EU-funded programmes, the SRSP, a standardised assessment framework and data collection, eGovernment, ESIF monitoring under thematic objective 11, the MFF, ex ante conditionality, benchmarks for candidate countries, and fighting fraud and corruption.
