The dossier concerns an interinstitutional agreement on budgetary discipline, cooperation in budgetary matters and sound financial management. The amendments revise recitals on the political agreement among the Parliament, Council and Commission on the 2021-2027 MFF, new own resources and the roadmap, Next Generation EU and the Recovery and Resilience Facility, special instruments and flexibility, monitoring of climate, biodiversity and gender-equality spending, and the role of regional and local authorities.
